Driver of Black Ford Focus violated almost all possible rules when doing a right turn and almost caused an accident with a car behind. Only good reaction of another driver helped to avoid collision. License plate number is well visible – BPSN 432.
These are the violations captured on dash camera:
- Careless driving almost causing collision – 6 demerit points
- Not signalling when changing lane to the left – 2 points
- Violating road marking crossing solid white line – 2 points
- Not signalling when turning right – 2 points
- Improper right turn – 2 points
Driver would earn at least 14 demerit points. If driver doesn’t have a very good explanation of why it happened, most likely none of the insurance companies will want to deal with them.
